  SmartReach
SmartReach is an automatic call forwarding service that delivers premium VoIP quality calls to SmartROAM subscribers with the same low rate as Smart1542. The subscribers needs to only forward their mobile phone number to the assigned SmartReach number and they will be able to receive incoming calls on their overseas mobile phone or land line. A SmartRoam subscriber can also forward their residential or office phone (if registered) to their SmartReach number.

 

   SmartDial
SmartDial is an international call back service designed to complete the smart experience of the avid traveller. The subscribers will call their SmartDial number (Singapore local number), listen for 2 rings and hang up. SmartTel will return call to the subscriber's mobile phone and a message requesting the subscriber to enter the country code, area code and telephone number they wish to dial and press #. The call is then connected.

The SmartDial service is charged on two (2) legs for the call – one (1) for the call between Singapore and the overseas country where the subscriver is travelling to, and one (1) for the call between Singapore and the destination country where the call is made to (will be a local call for a Singapore destination).

SmartRoam is offered as a pay-per-use (post-paid) service.
This facilitates an uninterruptable service and provides the subscribers with a peace of mind that they will never run out
of credits when they are overseas.		   Pre-paid
The pre-paid SmartRoam service is provided to give subscribers control over their roaming usage.

This service is especially useful when the subscriber is concerned the “runaway” costs associated with travelling.
